We operate the website at outrig.me and trade as Outrigger.

What personal data we collect
When you contact us through the website or by email, we may collect your name, email address, message contents and any other information you choose to provide.
Our website and hosting providers may also process limited technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser or device information, request logs and security information. We use this information only to operate, secure and maintain the website.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We process your personal data to respond to your enquiry and to maintain relevant business correspondence. This notice applies whether you contact us through the website contact form or directly by email at [email protected].
Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in receiving and responding to business enquiries, and we consider that this interest is not overridden by your rights and freedoms, given that you have chosen to contact us and the data involved is limited to what is necessary to handle your enquiry.
Who receives your data
Your enquiry is handled using the following service providers:
- GoDaddy / Airo — the platform used to host this website and operate our contact form. For further information, please refer to GoDaddy's Privacy Policy.
- Google Workspace — used to receive and manage our business email correspondence. For further information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not currently use enquiry data for marketing purposes. We may disclose personal data where required by law, to professional advisers where reasonably necessary, or to service providers supporting our business operations.
How long we keep your data
We retain general enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry. We may retain information for longer where it becomes relevant to a client relationship, contract, legal obligation, dispute or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards used by the relevant provider, which may include UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or approved contractual safeguards. Cookies and technical services
We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. The website uses Google Fonts to deliver its typefaces, which may involve the transmission of technical information such as an IP address to Google. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical logs required to deliver and protect the website.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data, where we have no overriding reason to retain it
- Restrict our processing of your data in certain circumstances
